Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the chinohillsconcreteco.com website and your engagement of concrete services provided by Go2Guys Chino Hills Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 15764 Willow Run Dr, Chino Hills, CA 91709. By using this website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By accessing or using our website at chinohillsconcreteco.com, submitting a contact or estimate request, or signing a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.
Go2Guys Chino Hills Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk installation, garage floor concrete, decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, steps, slab foundations, foundation installation, parking lots, footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting. Services are performed in Chino Hills, CA and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to a written agreement between you and Go2Guys Chino Hills Concrete. The scope of work, materials, and pricing will be specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Go2Guys Chino Hills Concrete are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. An estimate is not a binding contract. Work does not begin until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit - for example, if concealed conditions are discovered during demolition or excavation that require additional labor or materials. We will notify you of any changes in writing before proceeding with additional work.
All prices are quoted in US dollars and include standard labor and materials unless otherwise specified. Permit fees, HOA filing fees, and specialty material upgrades may be itemized separately.
Once a start date is agreed upon and a deposit is paid, your project is placed on our schedule. We make every reasonable effort to begin and complete work within the agreed timeframe. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material supply issues, permit processing delays, city inspection scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice so we can adjust our crew schedule. Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date) may result in a rescheduling fee as specified in your written agreement.
If you cancel a project after signing a service agreement and paying a deposit, we will refund your deposit minus any costs we have already incurred, including permit application fees, materials ordered, and scheduling expenses. The specific terms of your deposit and cancellation will be outlined in your written agreement.
A deposit is required to secure your place on our schedule. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your written agreement. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your written agreement. Invoices not paid within 10 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is less) on the outstanding balance.
You agree not to withhold payment for reasons unrelated to defects in the work. Disputes about workmanship must be raised promptly and in good faith so we have the opportunity to address them before payment is withheld.
Where required by the City of Chino Hills or other applicable jurisdiction, Go2Guys Chino Hills Concrete will obtain the necessary building permits before commencing work. Permit fees are your responsibility and will be itemized in your written agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your property is accessible for city inspections and that any HOA approvals required are obtained before work begins. We will assist with HOA documentation where possible, but final responsibility for obtaining HOA approval rests with you.
Go2Guys Chino Hills Concrete warrants that the work we perform will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction in California. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your written service agreement.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to tree root intrusion, soil movement due to natural events, improper use, vehicle overloading, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Hairline surface cracks that develop as concrete cures are considered normal and are not covered by warranty unless they exceed the tolerances specified in your written agreement.
To the extent permitted by California law, all implied warranties beyond what is expressly stated in your written agreement are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go2Guys Chino Hills Concrete's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these terms will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of use, loss of income, or property damage beyond the direct cost of repair, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Any legal proceedings not resolved through mediation will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue provisions described in Section 11.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms that proceed to formal legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For active service agreements, the terms in effect at the time the agreement was signed will apply to that project.
